Chief Employee Excellence Officer
Carl joined Syncron in 2008 and brings premiere customer relationship skills combined with solid business and commercial acumen to his position as Chief Employee Excellence Officer, which he has held since 2022. He previously served as the Vice President of Customer Excellence at Syncron, where he oversaw Expert Services, Syncron Support, and Training and Certification. Prior to this, Carl served as Head of Professional Services in the Europe Central region and Vice President of Customer Success in Europe and Asia. As an innovative thinker, Carl has found ways to improve himself, his team, and his processes throughout his career at Syncron.
Carl earned his degree from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in Sweden.
