AI-powered tools now provide technicians with instant diagnostics, repair guidance, and access to critical resources on-site via mobile devices, improving productivity and customer satisfaction.

    Shekhar Ayerkar, Digital Thread Lead for Europe at Cognizant, shared his perspective:

    “Generative AI empowers field service technicians by providing insights into failure causes, enhanced troubleshooting capabilities, and information on service parts, tools, and procedures, thereby transforming every service call into an opportunity for increasing service revenue.”

    Cognizant’s IoT-SLM CoE developed a solution that integrates AWS GenAI with Syncron’s SLM suite, showcasing how strategic collaborations can enhance service experiences and drive operational efficiency.
