Stockholm, April 22, 2025 – Syncron, a leading provider of intelligent Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), is now listed as a participant in TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange), a recognized assessment standard for information security in the automotive industry.
This milestone reinforces Syncron’s position as a trusted partner for OEMs and suppliers worldwide by aligning with information security standards commonly accepted across the automotive sector.
With its participation in TISAX, Syncron underwent an information security assessment conducted in accordance with the requirements of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA). This aligns Syncron with industry-wide security expectations by leading automotive companies such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ford, Bosch, and Continental as a prerequisite for collaboration. Companies in the automotive sector can now assess the security of Syncron’s leading SLM platform for aftermarket intelligence without requiring additional internal reviews.

To prepare for the assessment, Syncron implemented a targeted internal readiness program aligned with the assessment’s structure and expectations. This included the development of a centralized internal control library, which enabled a systematic mapping of regulatory requirements, reduced redundancies, and supported documentation efforts. These activities were conducted as part of Syncron’s internal self-assessment process.
