Per Olofsson - Chairman of the Board

Per Olofsson is well known as the former CEO of the Federation of Swedish Industries (CBI equivalent) and he is currently a board member of several public and private companies. Per Olofsson previously spent 31 years with IBM, during which he held a variety of senior positions, e.g. CEO Nordic Region, General Manager Health Care Solution Business EMEA.

Halvor T. Svartdal - Non-executive Director

Halvor T. Svartdal has been a private investor for the last eight years and a professional member of boards of directors since 1985. He is also the co-founder of many companies. Prior to starting his own investment business, he was the Managing Director of Navimar Holding AS, a privately held investment company, for 10 years. Mr. Svartdal resides in Oslo, Norway.

Thomas Wiklund - Non-executive Director

Thomas Wiklund is the Chief Executive Officer of Dendera Holding and is a board member of several privately held companies.

Eva-Maria Sjöholm - Non-executive Director

Eva-Maria previously spent 12 years at Oracle - primarily in senior international positions, and before that 17 years in IBM. Today Eva-Maria runs her own business focused on Management and IT consultation. Eva-Maria is currently board member of a Connecta, a Swedish management and IT consulting practice.

Jimmy Tjärnlund - Non-executive Director

Jimmy Tjärnlund is the Chief Executive Officer of UnitedLog Group AB as well as One Crown AB. Mr. Tjärnlund is the founder of several companies and has more than 20 years of experience in IT and logistics.

Håkan Amnäs - Executive Director

Håkan Amnäs is one of the co-founders of Syncron. He has more than 25 years of experience within IT and Logistics Software. Before joining Syncron he was CEO and owner of Unicorn Systems.

Anders Grudén - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Syncron, Anders Grudén was a Managing Director at Investor AB. He is also a board member in several other companies and has previously worked for Accenture as a senior strategy consultant.
