Syncron Graduate program is a 12-18 month long program directed towards Graduates from University or recent graduates with less than 2 years of work experience. You will be appointed a specific position at Syncron which will take approximately 85% of your time. The remaining 15% of the time is focused towards being involved in a variety of different activities throughout the company.

A mentor will be appointed and an individual competence plan will be developed together with the Graduate Program attendee. This will give the graduate the opportunity to experience different areas to get a better understanding of Syncron and possible carrier path thereafter.
