Description:
Your role at Syncron will initially be to participate in implementation projects at Syncron’s customers. Among other tasks the role includes the following responsibilities:

  • mapping and identifying the customer business requirements
  • train the customer in how to implement and use Syncron solutions within their business
  • fine tuning logistics parameters
  • configuring the software
  • business system integration
  • testing the customer implementations

Your role at Syncron will grow as you learn the solutions and the implementation approach.

You will be based in either our Stockholm or Malmö office.

The majority of your work as supply chain management consultant at Syncron will be done out of the office where you are hired. But as Syncron’s primary customer base consists of large multinational organizations, your position may include traveling mostly within Sweden, but also in Europe and other parts of the world where Syncron’s customers are located.
We are looking for a person interested in building a career combining supply chain management and software solutions.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Master’s degree), preferably with focus on Supply Chain Management, Industrial engineering and/or Computer Science.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain Management applications such as forecasting, planning, order execution etc is a plus.
  • Basic programming skills and interest to develop are a requirement. More in depth skills are considered a plus.
  • As a person you are analytical and have an interest in problem solving.
  • You should also be driven, flexible, professional, independent, customer focused, outgoing and willing to learn Syncron’s applications.
